Since September 1,2007 the usual $6 inter-library loan fee (for books outside the Mid-Hudson Library System) will be suspended thanks to the NYS Legislature who increased the MHLS funding for 2007-2008. Those of us with Mid-Hudson Library cards now also have access to Downloadable Audiobooks.
If you would like these services to remain free, please send a thank you to Senator Bonacic and Assemblyman Kevin Cahill and request that the increase be made permanent.
