Celebrating the library's 50th Anniversary all year long!
June 2008
June 7 - Celebration of the Arts Event: "Images from the Sun" with Jone Miller 12:30-3PM
at the library. Parents/children and/or individuals
will create photographs utilizing the sun, special paper and a variety
of found objects. Photocopies of the text/images will be hung from a
clothesline. Fee $10 adults, $5 children. Please register at the library. Made
possible in part through a grant from the Dutchess County Arts Council,
administrator of public funds through NYSCA's Decentralization Program

June 25th - 50th Anniversary Committee Meeting - 6PM
Friends of the Library Monthly Meeting - 7PM - Special annual meeting - Election of Officers.
July 2008
July 19th - Rosendale Street Festival - Noon -10 pm. In conjunction with the festival The Rosendale Library will be having a Book Sale on the grounds of the library , 259 Main Street from 10:00am - 3PM. In addition to the books, we will have Postcards, 50th Anniversary Tote Bags and other items for sale.
